FFmpeg (Windows version of Fantyzo only)

The Windows version of Fantyzo includes an unmodified FFmpeg
program (ffmpeg\ffmpeg.exe), built by gyan.dev, that Fantyzo
runs as a separate program to record video. This FFmpeg
build includes the x264 encoder and is licensed under the
GNU General Public License v3 (GPL-3.0). See
FFmpeg-LICENSE.txt in this folder.
