Account security

Protect your account and your captures.

Fantyzo Pro uses a separate Fantyzo account with password and authenticator verification.

Two steps to sign in

  1. Enter your Fantyzo username and password in the official client.
  2. Complete verification using the six-digit code from your authenticator app.

The 2.4.0 account flow requires both steps before issuing a session for authenticated Cloud access. The client clears the password and authenticator code after submitting each request.

Private access requires authorization

A private object address is not a password or a sharing permission. The Cloud service must authorize access through an authenticated account. Signing in on a shared computer can expose your files to someone using your session, so protect the device too.

Use official sources

Use https://www.fantyzo.com and official Fantyzo downloads. Avoid entering credentials through unexpected messages or links. Use a unique password and keep your authenticator device secure.

Your Second Life credentials stay separate

Fantyzo does not need your Second Life password to capture your screen or sign in to Pro. Never provide Second Life passwords or authenticator codes to Fantyzo or anyone claiming to be support.

Help without exposing secrets

For troubleshooting, provide your operating system, Fantyzo version, and the visible error text. Remove private content from screenshots. Never send passwords, active session tokens, recovery secrets, or one-time authenticator codes.
