Product and service scope

Fantyzo is an Imagine Foundry product. The free desktop 2.3.2 release is available under the version 1.4 End User License and Usage Agreement supplied for that release. Keep that license with your product documentation.

Fantyzo Pro and private Fantyzo Cloud are being developed for 2.4.0. These pages describe their announced policy and development status. They do not offer a Pro purchase or claim that every described future control is released.

Accounts and paid services

Pro Cloud access requires a Fantyzo account, successful password and authenticator verification, and active service entitlement. Protect your account credentials and do not attempt to use someone else’s account or bypass authorization.

Pro pricing, additional storage packages, and purchase terms will be stated before a purchase is offered. No subscription price, billing interval, refund commitment, or add-on size is established by this preview.

Your content and responsibility

You remain responsible for the screenshots and recordings you capture, upload, display, or share. You must have the necessary rights and permissions and comply with applicable law and the relevant platform or hosting rules.

Do not use Fantyzo for child sexual exploitation material, non-consensual intimate imagery, unlawful disclosure of private information, infringement, harassment, threats, fraud, malicious impersonation, or malware. Do not attempt to bypass authentication, quotas, or service protections. User content is not an endorsement by Fantyzo or Imagine Foundry.

Private saving and deliberate sharing

The Cloud upload path stores screenshots privately under account authorization. Upload is not Share. Public Share controls remain in development. Sharing or displaying content may allow recipients to copy it; later deletion cannot remove copies already made by others.

The free 2.3.2 screenshot path uses public Catbox hosting. That host’s own rules govern those uploads. The Cloud policy does not grant control over files on an independent host.

Storage and retention

The planned Pro allowance is 10 GB, with paid additional storage available when packages are announced. If usage exceeds your allowance, existing files are retained and new uploads are suspended until usage fits within the allowance.

When a storage add-on ends, the reduced allowance applies. Ending an add-on does not itself trigger deletion. When Pro entitlement ends, a 30-day recovery grace period begins for recovery/download or Pro restoration. Afterward, remaining Cloud files become eligible for permanent deletion.

Availability and copies

Software, networks, and independent hosting providers may be unavailable or change. Do not treat Cloud storage or third-party links as guaranteed permanent archives. Keep copies of files you need in storage you control.
